Plowcraft Shipping Policy
All our pricing includes free shipping for the convenience of our customers. Please check individual product listings for estimated ship times. Most products are listed as “Quick Ship” (ships in 2-3 business days) or “Ships in 15” (ships within 15 business days). Those products in the latter category may not be in stock and are custom crafted for you at one of our local shops. All products are estimated to ship from individual shops in the period stated. You will receive the product after that date based on the delivery time of the carrier. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order as soon as it becomes available to us. Remember that orders placed on or just before weekends or holidays may ship later than the period indicated.
We do our best to fill orders in a timely manner. However, occasionally it may not be possible to get an order out by the target date. We will inform you via email to let you know when your order will ship. Feel free to contact us by email for an update on the status of your order at any time.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your package upon arrival and refuse the package it if appears to be damaged during shipping. Have the carrier return the package to the sender, and be sure to contact us.
Return Policy
We value each customer and want to see you fully satisfied. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your Plowcraft merchandise, please contact us with a reason for your return within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise. We will promptly provide you with a free return label and will refund your purchase price. THANK YOU for shopping Plowcraft!
Refunds
We will process your return once we receive your return and inspect the product’s condition. And 10% restocking fee will be charged for most returns. The fee will not be charged if the return is due to a defective product or an error in the size or color of items of Plowcraft. Please allow 7-10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 3-5 billing cycles to appear on your account, depending on the financial company you use.
