Most pieces are made for you rather than pulled off a shelf. If a date matters — a birthday, a housewarming — call before you order rather than after.
- 14-day returns, no reason needed. Free return label; purchase price refunded. A 10% restocking fee applies to most returns and is waived if the item was defective or we got the size or colour wrong.
- Ask the builder. Questions about construction or materials get answered directly by the shop that made it.
- Custom sizes are normal here. Buyers have had pieces built and modified on request — ask before you order.
